He has used his Biblical knowledge and training to be a more effective communicator and successfully navigate the typical pitfalls associated with personal and business relationships. But most importantly he strives to example the principles of God in everyday life to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ. Duane is the author of “Stop Living for the Lord and Let the Lord Live Through You”.
This book explains the true identity we have in Christ, that God excepts us because of that identity and that we have nothing further to prove to him. Duane exposes how our traditional Christian teaching keeps us struggling with the trappings of sin by constantly focusing on not doing it or avoiding it which prevents us from seeing the truth that through salvation we are free from sin and as a result we are no longer sinners. As a result of no longer being sinners but perfect children of the living God and heirs to the kingdom we no longer need to perform for his acceptance. As his children we can rest in Christ and let the Lord live through us.
